Lesson Description:This lesson teaches a dynamic combination sequence designed to showcase a follower's leg split. While this lesson does not go into detail about how to develop the flexibility to safely do a split, it does give the follower several options ranging from lunge to half-split to full split according to their ability. Breakdown includes an explanation of each component of the combo, how to smoothly transition between the pieces, and everything you know to fluidly tie the whole thing together into a complete beautiful sequence.

With encouragement from friends, they started competing in 2000 and since then have consistently placed at the top in many national and international competitions including a most recent first place win at the 2005 National Jitterbug Championships. Oh yes, and during this time they got married as well! Starting in 2001, with encouragement from friends yet again, Ben and Sheri started teaching their craft and soon had a supply of local private and group lessons as well as invitations to teach at events around the country. Known for their desire to keep the dance creative, social, and above all else fun, Ben and Sheri take pleasure in making their classes both entertaining and educational.
