These lessons are for education use only. I will not distribute and copy lessons I download from iDance.net, and I understand that breaking this agreement may subject me to legal action. I understand that making these instructional videos is a costly and time-consuming process, and that by distributing, copying, or uploading these lessons I am harming dance instructors that are fostering the love and joy of dance, and iDance.net, whose aim is to support dance communities, dance instructors, and dance lovers of all varieties.

Furthermore, I assume any and all responsibility for my actions in regard to my experience with iDance.net and the material covered on iDance.net. I realize that dancing can be a dangerous activity and release iDance.net, it's owners, it's employees, and any and all iDancenet instructors from all legal, civil, and financial responsibilities. I agree not to sue or hold responsible iDance.net, it's owners, it's employees, and/or any and all instructors if I injure myself while watching any video footage or implementing any lessons from iDance.net. This injury includes but is not limited to bone breakage, sprains, skin abrasions, death, loss or damage of property, mental anguish, shortness of breath, or other health-related ailment.
