what are iDance.net Subscriptions?

Subscriptions give you access to stream all of iDance.net's lesson online for as long as your subscription is active.

subscriptions renew

Subscriptions renew at regular intervals automatically, charging your account accordingly. The cycle will start on the day of the month that the subscriptoin is purchased and will renew on the same day of the month following the period you have chosen, e.g. one month, one quarter, or one year later. We offer significant discounts for longer subscription intervals, since this gives us more predictability for our billing accounts,

cancel anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time. It will remain active until the end of its current period. If you cancel your subscription, you may re-enable it at any time before the current period ends. After this period, you'll need to purchase a new subscription at it's current list price. Our instructors are payed commission when your subscription renews and they cannot be refunded.

payment method

Our subscriptions are implemented using the Stripe payment gateway subscriptions service backend. For this reasons subscriptions must be purchased with a credit card and unfortunately not via Paypal. If you absolutely must use Paypal and still want full site streaming access, check out our Access Passes.

Tools to manage your subscription, view your activated lessons, and view your subscription details are available on you My iDance page.

lesson activation

When you have a subscription, you will "Activate" a lesson before watching it. Once you have activated a lesson it will stay active for the duration of your subscription cycle. This helps you keep track of which videos you are interested most in from your "My Active Lessons" page.

It is also an important part of the formula for how we compensate our instructors for their hard work.

when our subscription plans change

From time to time, our subscription offerings may change, but this will not affect your active subscription now or in the future. We may add new subcription types, change prices, or even discontinue a subscription type. Again this will have no effect on your current active subscription.

lesson downloads

Lessons are unavailable for downloading to your local device with a subscription. Currently this is only available if you purchase the lesson individually.

what are access passes?

Access Passes are one-time purchases that give you access to stream all of iDance.net's lesson online for a fixed length of time (1 day, week, month, year, etc).

do not renew

Access Passes do not renew. When your Access Pass expires, you may purchase another one for continued site access, or even better, purchase a subscription for significant cost savings!

duration

Your access pass is valid for the duration that you chose (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, etc), and cannot be canceled or refunded.
